Position: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate (Residential Apartments)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales (Apartments)
Location: Chennai
Reporting To: Team Lead We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling residential apartments through both Channel Partners and Direct Sales, and should be comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of residential apartment projects through Direct Sales and Channel Partner (CP) Sales
Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners/brokers to generate consistent business
Generate and convert leads through direct client meetings, site visits, and walk-ins
Conduct site visits for prospective buyers and effectively present project USPs, pricing, and floor plans
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and CPs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and CP performance using CRM tools
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, specifically in apartment/residential sales
Proven track record in Channel Partner Sales and Direct Sales
Highly aggressive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach to sales
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory) What We Offer
