NDebson Pumps is a leadingpump solutions provider catering to diverse industrial sectors across Eastern India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to strengthen our Industrial Pumps Sales Team and drive business growth across key industrial markets.

NAbout the Role

n- Develop and manage sales of centrifugal pumps and allied pumping solutions for industrial customers.

N- Cover key industrial regions including Durgapur, Asansol, Raniganj, Jamuria, Kharagpur, and other strategic locations across Eastern India, Nepal, and Bhutan.

N- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and end users.

N- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and site assessments to understand application requirements.

N- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations in line with customer specifications.

N- Negotiate commercial terms, close orders, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

N- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.

N- Build and enhance Debson Pumps' brand presence in the industrial market through skilled customer engagement and solution-oriented selling.

NQualifications

nDiploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

NRequired Skills

- 3–5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in centrifugal pumps, rotating equipment, motors, valves, or related engineering products.

- Strong understanding ofindustrial applications and customer requirements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
N
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
