III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
- To effectively interact with patients, attendants and service users.
- To demonstrate effective application of technical & qualified knowledge.
- To examine all patients in ICU & follow up the cases.
- To provide medical care as required by the patients admitted in critical care units.
- To prepare all medical records of the patient being maintained in the ward.
- To be available for emergency calls.
- To carry out instructions of the HOD in administering the medication and preparing patients for various procedures.
- To supervise all nursing / para-medical & non-medical staff for maintaining high standards.
- To assist and learn procedures.
- To actively participate in presentations of CME’s and Journal clubs.
- To participate actively in the teaching program for nursing staff and technicians.
- To assist the HOD / Senior Consultants in all emergency cases.
- To co-ordinate on matters relating to Provision of infrastructure and maintenance support, selection of medical consumables and equipment to be procured.
- To ensure optimum utilization of resources by himself and subordinates.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
MD - Medicine / Anesthesia / Pulmonary Medicine / Chest Medicine.
Experience
- 0 -3 Years for Senior Resident.

- Excellent clinical expertise needed for the care of critically ill patients.
- Fluent with all procedures and equipment handling.
