Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and engage with top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
2. Present Insight Alpha's mission and business model to industry professionals and recruit them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
3. Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4. Expand the Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders through strategic campaigns, industry/qualified lists, trade/business associations, referrals, and other networks.
5. Collaborate with client-facing Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing inquiries.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience:

- 1-3 years in primary executive research or market research.
- Experience in working on global projects,



particularly in the US and European regions.

1. Skills:

- Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities across communication channels (telephone, email, in-person).
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities, adaptability, and positive energy in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and curious by nature.

1. Work Requirements:

- Comfortable working US shift hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Available to attend the interview and training (1-1.5 months) in Delhi office.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
