Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and connect with top professionals to provide industry insights and knowledge to clients.
2. Present Insight Alpha's mission and business model to industry professionals, recruiting them for the Association of Industry Leaders (AIL).
3. Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
4. Expand the India/Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders through strategic campaigns, industry/professional lists, associations, referrals, and other networks.
5. Collaborate with client-facing Research Managers, Analysts, and Project Leaders to understand client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests by analyzing inquiries.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience: 1-2 years in primary executive research or knowledge management.
2. Education: Postgraduate or Graduate degree required.
3. Skills:

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities across various communication channels (telephone, email, in-person).




- Strong command of the English language.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Multitasking and prioritization skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities, positive energy, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Curious, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
