Role Description The Senior Recruiter – Non IT is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions across branch operations, customer service, sales, and corporate functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process.

The Senior

Recruiter will maintain recruitment pipelines, track hiring metrics, and ensure a consistent, fair,



and compliant hiring process. The role also involves improving recruitment strategies, building employer brand presence in the local market, and fostering strong relationships with external partners such as agencies and job boards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for non-IT roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and managing end-to-end selection processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in high-volume or multi-location recruitment environments, preferably in retail, financial services, or related industries.
- Knowledge of local labor markets, hiring best practices, and relevant employment regulations.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, job portals, and social media for sourcing talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
