SUMMARY: Senior Recruiting Analyst delivers strategic and tactical recruiting support for multiple practices at Huron Consulting Group. As such, you will be the main point of contact for the clients in multiple disciplines, working with the Managers & BU to plan and execute the hiring strategy. This specific role is for end-to-end RCM Hiring, which includes sourcing till onboarding.

JOB DETAILS

- Minimum 2 years of total full life-cycle recruiting experience;
- Experience filling Volume hiring preferably Volume RCM hiring (AR Callers/Medical Coding/Cash posting) experience • Demonstrated ability to work with clients at all levels within an organization;
- Proven ability to source candidates, including the use of internet job boards and cold-calling;

QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting systems, processes and procedures; Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment
- Must possess solid organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter.
- Excellent client service/communication/candidate management skills;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills;
- Willing to work on Saturdays during weekend drives

Education/Certifications

- Any undergraduate degree along with an MBA is required.
