- Gain exposure to tech start-up functions About the Role As a Senior QA Engineer, you will take ownership of test strategy and quality outcomes across our platform.

Your responsibilities include designing, writing, maintaining, and executing test cases and suites, while collaborating closely with Development, Operations,

and Customer Success teams.

We are looking for someone who brings not just technical depth, but also a forward-thinking mindset. You should be comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted development tools and finding practical ways to incorporate them into your workflow.

What We Expect From

You 5+ years of experience in a QA engineering role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity

Proven experience working with test automation strategy, not just writing tests A genuine passion for quality and a track record of holding the bar high

Effective problem solver who can think outside the box and handle ambiguity

Proactive, takes initiative and follows through without needing to be pushed





Strong communicator who can translate technical quality concerns to non-technical stakeholders

Cooperative team player who also works well independently

Hungry for knowledge, including staying current with emerging tools and methodologies Technical Requirements

You should be able to:

Design and own end-to-end test strategies covering functional, integration, performance, security, and failure-recovery scenarios

Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, with strong hands-on experience in Playwright or BDD

Demonstrate deep understanding of the STLC and how QA fits within an agile delivery model

Define and track meaningful quality metrics and present them clearly to engineering and senior leadership

Identify critical failure points, assess their impact, and put mitigation strategies in place AI Tool Awareness We are a team that embraces modern tooling, and we expect our senior engineers to stay ahead of the curve. You should have hands-on curiosity or experience with AI-assisted development tools such as:

Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot / Codex for accelerating test creation and debugging An understanding of where AI-generated code adds value and where it needs careful review A practical view on how to validate that AI-assisted tests are meaningful, not just green

You do not need to be an expert, but you should have a genuine interest in exploring how these tools change the way QA engineers work. Qualifications
