Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior QA Engineer to join our technology team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a quality assurance professional with hands-on experience in testing chatbot and video bot solutions, along with a strong understanding of modern communication protocols and emerging technologies.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for chatbot and video bot applications.
- Perform end-to-end testing across various communication platforms, including mobile, web, and API layers.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to understand product requirements and user flows.
- Conduct regression, performance, and integration testing to ensure quality at every release.
- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with the development team to resolve them promptly.
- Maintain and enhance automation test suites for continuous testing.




- Participate in sprint planning and contribute to agile QA processes.

Must-Have Skills

- Proven experience in testing Chatbots and Video Bots.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).

Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and machine learning-based product testing.
- Familiarity with WEBRTC Protocol for real-time communications.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API and RCS (Rich Communication Services).
- Understanding of A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging and telecom integrations.
- Scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on QA experience in a product or platform-focused environment.
