About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Python AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of production-grade Generative AI and agentic AI solutions for global clients. This role requires strong expertise in Python engineering, hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Python-based AI systems, APIs, and microservices

Architect and build GenAI and agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks

Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects from requirement gathering to production deployment

Design and implement LLM pipelines, prompt workflows, and agent orchestration systems

Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI solutions in production

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into AI solutions

Drive adoption of latest GenAI tools, trends, and best practices Required Skills

6-8+ years of experience in Python development with scalable backend systems

Strong knowledge of frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy

Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph,



LlamaIndex

Expertise in designing multi-agent workflows, prompt pipelines, and tool integrations

Robust understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation, and deployment pipelines

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and production systems

Experience in leading teams and working with enterprise/global clients Nice-to-Have Skills

Strong presentation and communication skills

Experience interacting with non-technical stakeholders

High ownership and ability to work independently in remote environments
