- Complete project execution from excavation to possession
- Planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines and deliverables
- Coordination with architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Site supervision, execution monitoring, and quality control
- Budget monitoring, billing verification, and material planning
- Monitoring RCC, finishing, MEP, and overall construction activities
- Coordination with government authorities for approvals and liaison-related activities
- Ensuring compliance with RERA, fire safety, and local authority regulations
- Monitoring safety standards and maintaining site discipline
- Weekly and monthly project reporting to management
- Vendor, contractor, and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple contractors and site teams efficiently
- Ensuring project completion within timelines and budget
- Knowledge and usage of project planning software like MS Project/Primavera preferred
- Handling future projects of the company as assigned
Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 10+years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects
- Experience in high-rise building projects preferred
- Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP, and project execution
- Ability to independently handle complete project execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills
- Experience with project planning software and billing systems preferred
- Candidates from reputed real estate developers in Ahmedabad/Gujarat will be preferred
