Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage cross-border payment projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD) for payment transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.

- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure, using Agile Protected frameworks.

- Manage project resources and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global banking teams.

- Conduct cost and benefits management, change impact assessments, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines.

- Facilitate ISO 20022 migration and MT & MX messaging projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

- Create and maintain project documentation and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Advise on digital transformation strategies within the banking sector, driving innovation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the BFSI sector, with at least 5 years in global banking.

- Proven expertise in cross-border payments, ISO 20022 migration, and global payment systems.

- Strong knowledge of Agile SAFe frameworks and experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.

- Excellent skills in project initiation, planning, tracking, and delivery, with a focus on RAID & RACI management.

- PMP or Prince 2 certification preferred, with a solid understanding of project management best practices.

- Experience with digital banking platforms, including online and mobile banking solutions.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
