About the Role

Onward Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering programs across Energy, Industrial and Data Center sectors. This role combines Project Management, Delivery Management, Account Delivery Management (ADM) and Engineering Governance to ensure successful execution of global engineering programs while driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

- Lead multiple concurrent engineering projects and programs.
- Own delivery, schedule, cost, quality, margins and customer satisfaction.
- Manage scope, risks, change management and engineering governance.
- Lead design reviews, stage-gate reviews, lessons learned and executive reporting.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Account Delivery Management (ADM)





- Drive delivery governance for strategic engineering accounts.
- Optimize resource planning, utilization, competency development and hiring support.
- Participate in QBRs, MORs and executive governance.
- Track delivery KPIs, financial performance and account health.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional engineering services.

Customer & Commercial Management

- Serve as the primary customer interface.
- Own forecasting, revenue, billing milestones and profitability.

• Support proposals, effort estimation, solutioning and customer presentations.
