NWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support project delivery, team coordination, and day-to-day operations at our Noida office.

NLocation: Noida, Work From Office

NExperience: 5 to 10 years

NKey Responsibilities:

NTrack project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups

NCoordinate work across developers, project managers, leadership, and international clients

NMonitor task progress andensure team members provide timely updates

NPrepare project status reports, trackers, meeting notes, and presentations

NSchedule meetings and coordinate communication across multiple time zones

NMaintain project documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently

NIdentify risks, delays,



and bottlenecks and escalate them proactively

NSupport day-to-day officecoordination, team discipline, and operational follow-through

NWhat We Are Looking For:

NBachelor's degree required;

MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred

NExcellent spoken and written English

NStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

NAbility to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

NExperience using tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

NPrior experience working with international clients or distributed teams
