Senior Production Coordinator

Location: Mumbai, India

Position Overview

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Production Coordinator who will ensure seamless execution of production projects by coordinating internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will keep projects on schedule, manage resources efficiently, and support the production pipeline from project initiation through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning

- Coordinate production schedules for CGI, VFX, Live Action, Animation, and Post Production projects.
- Assist in project planning, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Schedule internal meetings, production reviews, and client review sessions.
- Maintain production calendars and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Project Coordination

- Work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Project Managers, Editors, VFX Artists, Designers, and Animators.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate daily production activities across departments.




- Ensure deliverables move smoothly between departments.

Client Coordination

- Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Share production updates and collect client feedback.
- Ensure client revisions are documented and communicated effectively.

Resource Management

- Coordinate freelancers, vendors, artists, studios, and external agencies.
- Assist in booking equipment, locations, talent, and production resources.
- Maintain production documentation and vendor databases.

Documentation

- Maintain project files and production reports.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action items.
- Track project budgets and production expenses.
- Manage project documentation using project management tools.

Quality & Delivery

- Monitor project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate internal quality checks before client delivery.
- Ensure all project assets are properly archived after completion.
