What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end production of precision steel tubes.

Drive productivity, quality, and process improvements.

Manage drawing, annealing, pickling, straightening, and finishing operations.

Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and production efficiency.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM,



and 5S initiatives.

We’re Looking For B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

7–8 years of experience in CDW/CDS precision steel tube manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with draw benches, annealing furnaces, pickling, tube finishing, and shop-floor operations.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry Background
