- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for Workplace Engineering, with a deep understanding of Guidewire software.
- Deliver scalable, production-like environments that will empower the Guidewire community to build, test, and validate solutions with confidence.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in the commercial enterprise/B2B software market, with at least 3+ years in technical product management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills including the ability to present clearly and persuasively to customers, partners and colleagues.
- Experience with sandbox environments, particularly in cloud-based platforms
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), services, and APIs.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and cost optimization strategies.
- Keen judgment in analyzing sophisticated problems to make meaningful prioritization decisions and provide appropriate direction to product teams.
- MA/MS and BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA preferred.
