About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Procurement Executive to manage procurement operations for IT infrastructure products and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor coordination, OEM procurement, invoicing, purchase order management, and should possess strong knowledge of Cisco and other leading OEMs along with experience working in a System Integrator (SI) setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT infrastructure products and solutions.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Quotations, and Vendor Purchase Requests.

- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, product availability, lead times, and order fulfillment.

- Handle customer and vendor invoicing,



ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

- Track procurement orders from order placement to delivery and invoice closure.

- Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.

- Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and MIS reports.

- Follow up on pending deliveries, invoices, payment status, and warranty documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and commercial terms.

- Support audit requirements by maintaining complete procurement records.
