Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop Power Platform solutions based on functional specifications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to client business needs
- Own solution architecture decisions end-to-end, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs
- Produce transparent, high-quality technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and handover materials
- Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and agile delivery ceremonies, collaborating closely with cross functional and cross-geography teams
- Support, coach, and mentor a junior Power Platform developer on the India team, helping build technical depth within the wider team
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement

- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
- Copilot Studio
- Microsoft AI Hub
- Dataverse Good-to-Have Skills
- Azure services Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus
- SharePoint / Microsoft 365 integration
- REST APIs and custom connectors
- SAP integration experience
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Power Platform projects end-to-end
- Relevant Microsoft certifications expected at this level (e.g., PL 400, PL-200, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, cross cultural, client-facing setup
