Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in designing, building, and optimizing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for various business processes, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for financial processes (P&L;, balance sheets, cash flow, budgeting, cost analysis), sales analytics, operational metrics, and other business areas

Develop robust data models and ensure high-performance DAX calculations

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions

Implement row-level security, data governance policies, and report access controls

Integrate data from ERP systems, SQL databases, Excel, and cloud sources

Build KPIs, variance analysis,



trend charts, forecasts, and other analytical models Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of hands-on Power BI experience

Robust communication and analytical skills

Advanced proficiency in Power BI and DAX

Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Server, or other data engineering tools (preferred)
