- Own end-to-end financial planning for projects, including annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting.
- Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and support business case preparation.
- Evaluate new requirements from business units and identify solution options.
- Assist in prioritizing projects based on business value, urgency, impact, and ROI potential.
- Conduct detailed variance assessments, identify underlying drivers, and recommend corrective measures to improve financial outcomes
- Work closely with program managers to drive accountability, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize project costs through tools like Service Now and Power BI.
- Develop and present executive-level dashboards and summary packs highlighting key financial indicators such as revenues, costs, margins, utilization trends, and performance deviations.
- Ensure adherence to financial governance standards, including participation in internal and external audit processes and maintaining proper documentation and controls.

Preferred Qualifications & Tools
- MBA in Finance / Any graduation in finance discipline
- PMP / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with project and financial systems such as ServiceNow and Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
