Role Overview :

As a Senior Platform Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic architect for our core infrastructure and cloud ecosystem. You will lead the vision and execution of our platform roadmap, ensuring that our internal and external developers have a seamless, scalable, and highly automated environment to build upon.

You will bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and business objectives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, cloud architects, and engineering leadership to drive operational excellence. Your work will directly influence the velocity of our product delivery, the reliability of our services, and the overall efficiency of our cloud footprint, ultimately enabling the business to innovate faster and scale with confidence in a competitive digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for our cloud platform, aligning infrastructure capabilities with the long-term technical roadmap to support rapid business growth.
- Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to standardize setting provisioning, reducing manual overhead and ensuring consistent deployment cycles across teams.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning operations into the platform stack to optimize resource allocation, cost management, and predictive maintenance.




- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for mission-critical applications on AWS.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product backlogs, prioritizing features that enhance developer experience and platform stability for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and feedback loops to iterate on infrastructure services, ensuring that the platform evolves in lockstep with the needs of the product engineering organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale cloud-native platforms, with a deep understanding of AWS services and the ability to translate cloud architecture into business value.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives involving Kubernetes and IaC tools like Terraform, ensuring that infrastructure is treated as a scalable, reliable product.
- Strong proficiency in integrating AI-driven insights into platform management to solve operational challenges and improve system efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs to non-technical leadership and align diverse teams toward a unified vision.
- Strategic mindset with 12 - 16 years of experience in product management, specifically within platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling domains.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating the adaptability to lead distributed teams and influence organizational culture.
- Educational background in Engineering or Computer Science, complemented by a strong track record of delivering high-impact technical products in fast-paced environments.
