• Role: Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Payout: $100k–$150k base + equity. Higher for exceptional candidates.

Role Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of our partner company — a fast-growing DTC Health & Wellness brand — for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and scale $500k–$1M+/month Google & Meta ad accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and operate Google & Meta ad accounts hands-on daily including campaign structure, budget pacing, bidding, and optimization across North America, Europe, and Australia markets.
- Scale spend profitably while maintaining ROAS and CAC targets, defending spend decisions with clear data.
- Partner with the creative lead to translate performance signals into actionable creative briefs and implement rigorous testing frameworks (ad formats, UGC, influencer-driven content).
- Work closely with the head of CRO on funnel and landing page optimization in weekly sprint cycles.
- Report metrics crisply to leadership including the head of performance, VP of growth, and CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 5+ years of hands-on Google/Meta performance marketing experience for DTC/B2C consumer brands, ideally in Health & Wellness, or CPG.
- Personal management of Google & Meta budgets exceeding $1M+/month.
- Fluency in ROAS, CAC, and campaign architecture analysis.
- Experience optimizing ad accounts across multiple markets.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience navigating Meta/Google ad policies for health or supplement-related claims is a strong plus.
