Thank you for considering the Senior NET Developer position at Reveal HealthTech We are an early-stage IT startup based in the US and India focused on leveraging technology to deliver transformative healthcare solutions About The Role We are looking for a seasoned NET Full Stack developer to oversee the design and development of scalable secure and high-performance software solutions You ll be involved in all aspects of the software development cycle from conception to deployment You will work closely with other developers business analysts and software architects to understand requirements and provide technical solutions In addition you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on best practices across our healthcare technology platforms This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on fast-paced environment and is passionate about building end-to-end enterprise-grade applications on the Microsoft stack and Azure cloud Find out more about our mission and why we started Reveal HealthTech on our website Requirements Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust architecture solutions for full stack applications using C ASP NET MVC Web APIs and Azure Lead the end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications ensuring alignment with scalability security and performance standards Design and implement Microservices-based architectures with clearly defined service boundaries and communication protocols Mentor and guide junior developers across teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding best practices Evaluate and introduce new tools frameworks and practices to improve system design and engineering efficiency Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product engineering and DevOps to drive project success Define technical roadmaps perform architectural reviews and provide technical governance across projects Ensure high code quality through reviews testing strategies and CI CD best practices Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation technical designs and guidelines Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure healthcare data protection and regulatory adherence Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience 6- 10 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a hands-on architecture or Senior developer role Deep expertise in C ASP NET Core MVC Web APIs and front-end frameworks like Angular or React Proven experience designing microservices architectures containerized applications and event-driven systems Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure -
