We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Mobile Engineer to join our team full-time and take complete technical ownership of a flagship Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) health & wellness platform backed by one of India’s leading healthcare and OTC consumer brand giants. The application is a high-visibility, subscription-based digital health journey featuring daily task modules, real-time chat, and integrated 1-on-1 video consultation sessions. Backed by C-suite leadership, the platform is transitioning into an aggressive scaling phase to handle exponential user growth.

Your mission will be to step in as the core technical owner—debugging legacy glitches, refactoring critical workflows, and building a rock-solid, high-performing mobile experience that scales effortlessly.

Role Description In this full-time remote role, you will lead the end-to-end technical health, stabilization,



and feature expansion of the mobile application (Android & iOS) and its supporting backend services. You will work directly alongside product leadership to translate business goals into clean code while collaborating with external partner engineering teams for smooth technical alignment and knowledge transfer. If you thrive on taking complex, existing applications, turning flaky tech into reliable architecture, and ensuring zero-downtime scaling within a dedicated team environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities

Codebase Stabilization & Optimization: Deep-dive into the existing codebase to identify performance bottlenecks, fix legacy bugs, and eliminate runtime crashes across iOS and Android.

Core Feature Maintenance & Evolution: Maintain and build key app modules including user onboarding, subscription journeys, daily task workflows, in-app video calling, and real-time messaging.

Architectural Improvement: Refactor legacy code to improve modularity, security, and response times, ensuring the app is engineered to handle massive concurrent user spikes.

Full-Stack API & Backend Management: Develop, optimize, and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs,



backend services, and database structures.

Collaborative Technical Ownership: Work closely with product leads, participate in architectural decisions, and liaise constructively with external partner/vendor engineers for seamless technical alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements

6+ years of Full-Stack Mobile Development experience delivering production-ready cross-platform (React Native / Flutter) or native mobile applications.

Proven track record in Code Refactoring & Stabilization: Demonstrated capability to read, debug, and optimize existing/third-party codebases without needing to rebuild from scratch.

Real-Time Integrations: Experience integrating and troubleshooting real-time communication tools (e.g., Video Calling SDKs like Agora and in-app chat systems).

Strong Back-End Foundations: Solid proficiency in Node.js (or similar modern back-end stacks), RESTful/GraphQL API design, database optimization, and cloud services.

Ownership Mindset: A proactive, reliable engineer who takes deep personal accountability for product stability and uptime.

Remote Collaboration: Comfort working in remote environments using Git workflows, continuous integration pipelines, and agile execution.

Clear Communication: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs, collaborate smoothly with non-technical stakeholders, and navigate cross-team workflows with diplomacy.

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
