What You'll Do:

- Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy ML models for entity recognition, text classification, entity masking, and data anonymization.
- Build NLP pipelines for identifying sensitive information across structured and unstructured data.
- Develop Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool orchestration.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for secure enterprise search.
- Integrate and optimize Large Language Models using prompt engineering, guardrails, output validation, and hallucination mitigation techniques.
- Implement privacy-preserving AI techniques including differential privacy, anonymization, and secure data handling.
- Build high-performance AI inference services using Python and FastAPI.
- Optimize model latency, throughput, and scalability for production deployments.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI services into Go-based APIs and Kafka event-driven systems.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for model quality, bias detection, privacy leakage, and model drift.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP technologies.
