Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT, facilitating discussions to gather requirements and prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

Define, document, and manage Data Quality (DQ) Rules, Data Enrichment strategies, and Survivorship Rules tailored for the Customer MDM domain.

Analyze and document complex Match/Merge and Unmerge cases, ensuring business rules are accurately translated into system logic.

Map and document data flows, integrations, and dependencies across typical Upstream (source) and Downstream (consuming) applications.

Write and execute complex SQL queries to profile, analyze, and validate customer data to ensure it meets business rules.

Support data loads, data reconciliations,



and customer data validation activities during project phases.

Required Qualifications: Mandatory: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working within an MDM Tool (Reltio strongly preferred).

Mandatory: Proven experience operating in a Business Analyst capacity (authoring BRDs/FRDs and interfacing directly with business stakeholders).

5+ years of overall experience in data analysis, business analysis, or enterprise data management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong functional experience analyzing and implementing Customer Master Data Management (Customer MDM) platforms.

Excellent SQL skills with extensive experience writing complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and stored procedures for deep-dive data profiling and validation.

Deep understanding of customer master data concepts, including survivorship, matching algorithms, hierarchy management, and data governance.

Experience analyzing REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and ETL/data integration processes to support data mapping and integration requirements.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical MDM concepts into plain business language (and vice versa).
