Role Description The Senior Mechanical 3D Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based at Galler’s research facilities in Manesar. This position is responsible for designing and developing Electro - mechanical components and assemblies for automation and security products using 3D CAD tools, from concept through production release. Daily activities include creating detailed models and drawings, performing tolerance and fit analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams (electronics, software, manufacturing) to ensure design feasibility, and supporting prototyping and testing.

The engineer will review designs for manufacturability, conduct mechanical inspections, and provide technical guidance on maintenance and reliability improvements for existing products.



The role also involves troubleshooting field issues, implementing design changes, and contributing to continuous enhancement of engineering standards and processes.

Qualifications 5+ Years of Experience required - Strong foundation in Electro-Mechanical Engineering with experience in product design and development for industrial or automation applications.

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and mechanical detailing.

Experience with mechanical Inspection, testing, and validation of components and assemblies.

Must be fluent in designing to manufacturing feasibility and optimization and must have worked on both sheet metal and plastic .

Experience in a similar product line, including IoT products, is required.

Knowledge of Maintenance practices for mechanical systems and equipment, including reliability and lifecycle considerations.

Exposure to Automotive or similar high-precision engineering domains is beneficial.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications; familiarity with GD&T; is an advantage.

Experience collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams, including design for manufacturability and cost optimization.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
