We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Software Development to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable, cloud-native enterprise SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine robust technical expertise with proven people leadership, driving engineering execution, product delivery, and operational excellence across multiple Agile teams.

In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead multiple software engineering teams responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise applications.
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and execution plans.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, estimation, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices across software design, coding standards, code reviews, testing, documentation, and release management.
- Guide architectural decisions for microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications in collaboration with architecture teams.
- Partner with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure reliability, and platform observability.




- Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, and security through proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous optimization.
- Manage engineering capacity, resource planning, project risks, and cross-team dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Required Skills :

- 1218 years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams or engineering managers.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS or cloud-native products.
- Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing scalable, high-availability, multi-tier enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and scalability.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and release management.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or Azure Monitor.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar.
