Key Roles &Responsibilities;

- Manage engagement with Bank TPP teams and oversee proposition development across all LOBs.
- Curate and launch new products/propositions; ensuretimelyGo?Live readiness and execution.
- Coordinate pricing with Actuarial & Underwriting to meet MCOR/COA targets.
- Drive portfolio steering through ATS enhancement, pricing corrections, and feature additions.
- Lead system development governance with Internal & Bank IT teams for proposition rollout.
- Support marketing with product inputs and conduct TTT sessions for Sales & Bank teams.
- Monitor monthly portfolio performance (GWP, NOP, ATS, closures) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for product documents, enrolmentforms& marketingmaterials.
- Manage regulatory, audit, and tax projects for affinity business (e.g., PAN/80D updates).
- Act as SPOC for ISMS & BCMS audits and support business continuity drills.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- Graduate/Post Graduate

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;
- 2–4 years’ experience in Bancassurance/Product Management/Affinity Partnerships.
- Solid understanding of general/health insurance products and pricing.
