Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations leader to optimize our daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations in the commodities and e-commerce logistics sectors, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and streamline operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize operational performance.




- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
- Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Foster solid relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or ecommerce sectors.
- Strong knowledge of commodities logistics, e-commerce supply chains, and delivery processes.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and driving operational improvements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
