NResponsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

- Plan and execute internal audit projects based on a risk-based approach.

- Review and evaluate theeffectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures and
N
- Identify potential areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
N
- Assess compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations and Evaluate financial and operational data for accuracy and reliability.
N
- Identify and analyze potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and Develop risk assessment methodologies and conduct risk assessments and develop strategies tomitigate identified risks.
N
- Prepare transparent and concise audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and actionplans, present audit results to management and key stakeholders and Track and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
N
- Provide recommendationsfor process improvements and operational efficiencies and work with management to implement recommended changes.
N
- Investigate and report on suspected cases of fraud,



losses and develop and implement fraud detection and prevention procedures.
N
- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented effectively
N

nAre you who we're searching for

N

n
- Professional certification such as CA, CISA is required. At least 4+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
N
- People with Attention to detail & deep knowledge, Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
N
- Data driven and individuals with a high level of ownership and Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
