nCosting & Financial Control

N· Lead standard costing framework and analyze variances to drive actionable business insights.

N· Strengthen costing systems, processes, and internal controls for accuracy and governance.

N· Monitor material variances, yield, and efficiency metrics and drive corrective actions.

N· Ensure accurate inventory valuation and validate landed costs for effective procurement decisions.

NInventory & BOM Management

N· Oversee BOM validation and updates in collaboration with plant teams.

N· Track inventory ageing,slow-moving stock, and drive corrective actions.

N· Ensure robust stock reconciliation and alignment with financial records.

NMIS, Budgeting & Analysis

N· Deliver accurate MIS upto contribution/EBITDA level for performance tracking.

N· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

N· Drive contribution analysis and ensure reconciliation with financial statements.

NBusiness Partnering

n· Work closely with cross-functional teams on pricing, NPD costing, and cost revisions.

N· Provide actionable insights to improve margins and optimize cost structures.

NCost Optimization & Projects

N· Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives across procurement, production, and logistics.





N· Track and evaluate costreduction projects with measurable business impact.

NGovernance & Compliance

N· Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

N· Strengthen controls anddocumentation across costing and inventory processes.

NSystems & Automation

n· Drive automation of MIS and costing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

N· Leverage SAP, BI tools,and analytics for enhanced decision-making.

NPlant Interface

n·Engage with plant teams through regular visits to understand operations and validate cost drivers.

N· Ensure strong linkage between shop-floor realities and financial reporting.

NQualification & Skills-

N

n
- CA/CMA with 7-12 yrs of experience into related area.
N
- Candidates from listed product based manufacturing is mandatory.
N
- Strong business partnering skills with ability to communicate effectively across functions.
N
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving approach.
N
- Ability to challenge numbers and drive discussions with business teams.
N
- Good team player with ability to work across departments.
N
- Experience in costing, MIS, budgeting, and inventory management in manufacturing.
N
- Should have knowledge of Balance Sheet and P&L; reading.
N
- Solid working knowledge of SAP (MM, FI, CO, COPA).
N
- Understanding of cost structures, plant operations, and production processes.
N
- Exposure to automation,BI tools, and process improvement initiatives.
