Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Business Transformation, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, technology implementation, and reporting automation. This client-facing role requires independent work and collaboration with business, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business transformation workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors to enhance processes and technology.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and facilitate workshops.
- Manage project risks, dependencies,



and stakeholder communication.

Project Focus

- Hyderabad Operating Model & Transition: Drive transition execution and program management, coordinating training and transition activities.
- Reporting Automation: Lead automation projects, define scope, manage requirements, and support vendor processes or in-house solutions.

Experience & Skills Required

- 6–8+ years in business analysis and process improvement within financial services, preferably investment management.
- Experience in Big 4 or similar consulting organizations; prior consulting engagements preferred.
- Solid project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, with an ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency.

Education Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
