About The Role Xoxoday processes millions of transactions every year — across APIs, digital gift cards, rewards, payments, ecommerce storefronts, and global merchant partners. This role owns the intelligence layer behind that scale: making sure pricing, margins, catalog data, payment flows, settlement, and transaction success rates stay accurate, healthy, and continuously improving. This is not a reporting or dashboard role.

You'll work directly with Product, Finance, and the CXO office to catch issues before customers do, and turn data into measurable business outcomes. What You'll Own Transaction Intelligence Understand the complete lifecycle of every transaction type on the platform — API orders, ecommerce storefront orders, gift cards, rewards redemption, payment gateway transactions, refunds, cancellations, settlement, and vendor fulfilment. Identify where and why transactions fail, and drive fixes.

Commerce Analytics

Continuously monitor transaction success rates, payment failures, and performance by vendor, merchant, category, country, currency, and partner. Convert patterns into insights that improve customer experience and profitability. Pricing & Margin Intelligence Own commercial visibility across the catalog — merchant margins, pricing inconsistencies, discount leakage, FX impact, and profitability trends. Recommend pricing and sourcing improvements.

Revenue Assurance

Track down revenue leakage from incorrect pricing, wrong commissions, settlement issues, catalog errors, data inconsistencies, workflow gaps, system defects, or operational misses — and stay on each issue with Product and Finance until it's permanently closed.

Catalog Intelligence

Keep the catalog commercially healthy: flag incorrect pricing, duplicate SKUs, invalid denominations,



expired products, incorrect tax treatment, currency mismatches, and merchant onboarding gaps.

Business Controls

Build validations across critical transaction journeys to proactively catch anomalies, fraud patterns, margin erosion, vendor issues, and customer-impacting defects. AI-driven Analytics Use AI to detect anomalies, surface hidden trends, automate repetitive analysis, and accelerate investigations — building monitoring that scales beyond manual review.

What We're Looking For 4–10 years in FinTech, Ecommerce, Payments, or Marketplace businesses

Solid grasp of transaction-heavy platforms and commercial mechanics

Comfortable working with millions of transaction records

Genuinely curious — the kind of person who can't leave an unexplained metric alone

Able to translate data into product and operational action, not just insight

Strong SQL and Excel; Python is a plus

Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
