Senior Manager - Art & Motion Design

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Creative Leadership

- Lead and elevate SOCIAL's visual identity across campaigns, digital platforms, events, merchandise, brand experiences, and marketing communication.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with the brand's vision, values, and evolving design language.

2. Design & Motion Ownership

- Own the end-to-end creative execution of graphic design and motion design projects.
- Deliver high-quality creative assets for marketing, content, programming, and community initiatives.

3. Campaign Development

- Conceptualise and execute integrated campaigns across:

- Social Media

- Digital Marketing

- Events
- Food & Beverage Launches

- Merchandise

- Brand Communication
- Translate creative briefs into engaging visual experiences that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

4. Motion Graphics & Video Content

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and digital-first visual content.
- Produce platform-specific creative assets optimised for maximum audience engagement.

5. Visual Storytelling

- Transform ideas, scripts, and campaign briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Develop creative content that enhances brand recall and audience interaction.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with:

- Marketing Teams

- Content Creators

- Copywriters

- Video Editors

- Community Teams

- External Creative Partners
- Ensure creative deliverables meet business objectives and campaign goals.

7. Brand Development

- Build, maintain, and continuously evolve scalable visual systems and design standards.
- Drive consistency while introducing innovative creative approaches across all brand touchpoints.

8. AI & Creative Innovation

- Leverage Generative AI tools and emerging creative technologies to improve design quality, speed, and production efficiency.
- Identify new creative workflows that enhance team productivity and innovation.

9. Project Management





- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining exceptional quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

10. Team Leadership

- Mentor, guide, and inspire junior designers and motion artists.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance team culture.

Candidate Requirements 1. Experience

- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or related creative roles.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, media, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.

2. Portfolio

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in:

- Brand Design

- Social Media Content

- Campaign Creatives

- Motion Graphics

- Visual Storytelling

3. Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in:

- Adobe After Effects

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign
- Working knowledge of 3D design software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools is preferred.

4. AI & Emerging Technologies

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI creative tools such as:

- Higgsfield Models

- Midjourney

- Adobe Firefly
- GPT-4o
- Similar AI-powered creative platforms

5. Design Expertise

- Strong understanding of:
