Job Title: Senior Legal Recruiter

Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM US EST

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Legal Recruiter to join our Bengaluru office, specializing in recruiting legal professionals for our US clients. This position requires exceptional communication skills and extensive hands-on experience with full-cycle US legal recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, contract managers, compliance professionals, and other legal talent across law firms and corporate legal departments.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Internal Submissions: 2 internal submissions per day
- Client Submissions:1 Client submission per day
- Interview: 1 End Client Interview per week
- Monthly New Placement Booking: $20K GP per month/$60K GP/Quarter
- Monthly Billing Quota: Maintain $60K GP of Billing or 6-10 billable consultants on billing

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies focused on hiring legal professionals or US clients.
- Source and engage attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, compliance professionals, contract managers, legal operations specialists, and other legal talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Clockwork, and JobDiva to identify and engage high-quality legal candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand legal staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of legal professionals across various practice areas and jurisdictions.




- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while meeting recruitment targets and Timelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong LinkedIn profile and an established legal talent network.
- 3 years of experience with a KAPITAL competitor in legal staffing will be given high priority.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.·
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in US legal recruitment, with a strong focus on contract and/or full-time legal hiring.
- Strong understanding of US employment types and tax terms (C2C, 1099, W2).
- Robust understanding of US work authorization and visa statuses (H-1B, H-4 EAD, Green Card, Green Card EAD, TN Visa, etc.).
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Clockwork, and JobDiva.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and business objectives.
