Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud & CPQ Location: Bangalore Mode: Hybrid :

- Salesforce Support Engineer to provide production support maintenance and enhancement for our Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Pardot Marketing Cloud Account Engagement integrations
- This role involves Troubleshooting production issues supporting end users managing integrations and collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2Level 3 support for Salesforce Sales Cloud CPQ and Pardot environments
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve production issues within established SLAs
- Analyze system defects identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Support Salesforce CPQ configurations including product catalogs pricing rules quote templates approvals and contract management
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce Pardot ERP systems middleware and third-party applications
- Support lead management campaign synchronization prospect tracking and marketing automation processes in Pardot
- Perform user management profile and permission set administration and data security maintenance
- Execute data imports exports cleansing and validation using Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations
- Collaborate with administrators developers QA teams and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and implement enhancements
- Support release management activities including deployments regression testing and post-release validation




- Document support procedures knowledge articles and technical solutions
- Participate in on-call support and incident management as required Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Architect scalable and secure Salesforce applications following Salesforce best practices.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, Pardot Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party applications.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design workshops, and code reviews.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components LWC, Visualforce where required, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and security models.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing, discounting, quote generation, approvals, product rules, and pricing rules.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or middleware solutions.
- Support Pardot integration for lead management, campaign synchronization, lead scoring, grading, forms, landing pages, and marketing automation.
- Ensure high-quality development through unit testing, CICD, DevOps practices,



and deployment automation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Application Support
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience supporting Salesforce CPQ configurations and quoting processes
- Experience with Pardot Marketing Cloud Account Engagement administration and integrations
- Positive understanding of Salesforce security profiles roles permission sets sharing rules and validation rules
- Experience troubleshooting Flows Approval Processes Workflow Rules Process Builder legacy and Apex-related issues Knowledge of Salesforce APIs RESTSOAP integration patterns and middleware platforms
- Experience with SOQL SOSL Data Loader and Workbench Familiarity with deployment tools such as Change Sets Salesforce CLI Copado
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce CPQ
