Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Currently working in a product-based organization
- Robust hands-on engineering background in C#, Node.js, Java, or Python - anyone backend langauge - anyone backend language

ReactJS experience is a plus

Good to have experience with C#

- Language agnostic mindset with ability to work across technologies
- Experience designing and building scalable web applications
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Experience leading large product or platform initiatives
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical discussions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams

- Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation planning

- Improve analyst training tools and operational workflows
- Contribute to automation and AI/ML initiatives for operational efficiency
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across teams
