Role Overview:

As a Senior Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical workforce management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, internal stakeholders, and client leadership to design, configure, and deploy sophisticated Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules. Your daily contributions will directly influence how global enterprises track labor costs, ensure compliance, and optimize employee productivity, making you a pivotal figure in the successful delivery of our high-stakes implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end functional design and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to align with specific client business rules and labor regulations.
- Architect complex WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) interfaces to ensure seamless data flow between Kronos and external payroll or HRIS platforms.




- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with client stakeholders to translate intricate operational needs into actionable functional specifications.
- Oversee the configuration of advanced pay rules, work rules, and scheduling policies to ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance across diverse workforce segments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of testing, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Provide expert-level functional guidance to junior consultants and technical teams to resolve complex system bottlenecks during implementation or post-go-live support.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying Kronos WFC modules, specifically focusing on Time Management, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling.
- Proven ability to design and troubleshoot WIM interfaces, including file manipulation and data mapping, to support complex integration requirements.
- Robust analytical capabilities to decompose complex business problems into logical functional configurations, acting as a bridge between business and IT.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead client-facing discussions with confidence.
- A minimum of 8 - 10 years of professional experience in functional consulting within the Workforce Management domain.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, collaborating effectively with distributed teams across Bangalore and Hyderabad to meet project milestones.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of global labor management practices.
