Role Description This is a full-time Senior Java Software Engineer role based in Noida with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days.

The Senior Java Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Java applications and microservices. The role involves working with the Spring Framework, implementing RESTful APIs, integrating with databases and third-party systems, and ensuring adherence to clean coding standards and best practices. The individual will participate in code reviews,



collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps, and contribute to technical design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex issues.

The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, contributing to architectural decisions, and supporting deployment and production stability in a modern cloud-based setting.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java and general Programming skills for building robust, maintainable backend systems.

Hands-on experience in Software Development of enterprise-grade applications, including system design, implementation, and maintenance.

Practical expertise in Microservices architecture, including designing, developing, and scaling distributed services.

Deep knowledge of the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data) for building secure and scalable applications.

Experience with RESTful APIs, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and integration with external services.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.

Understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and monitoring/logging tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with global teams, and mentor less experienced engineers.
