Mandatory Skills

- 10-12 years of software development experience.

- Strong expertise in Core Java and Python.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB development, administration, and performance tuning.

- Experience in building REST APIs and Microservices.

- Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Distributed Systems.

- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and/or Ansible for CI/CD automation.

- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Mandatory experience leading development teams (5+ members).

- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Java and Python-based solutions.

- Proven ability to drive project delivery, stakeholder management, and technical governance.

- Strong communication, mentoring, and people management skills.
