Yukti Recruitment Solutions is hiring Senior Java Full Stack Developers for one of our prestigious enterprise clients. We are looking for experienced software professionals who are passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications using up-to-date Java technologies.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 815 years of hands-on development experience who enjoy solving complex business problems, building scalable applications, and working in team-oriented Agile teams.
Please Note : This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role and not a Team Lead or Technical Lead position. We are specifically looking for candidates who are actively involved in software development rather than people management.
We have 6 to 10 immediate openings, and candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will receive priority during the selection process.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and secure applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Designing and developing scalable Java-based applications.
- Developing RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Building responsive user interfaces using React.js or Angular.
- Writing clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Integrating backend services with frontend applications.
- Participating in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Performing code reviews and ensuring high code quality.
- Identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimization strategies.
- Troubleshooting production issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Working closely with QA engineers, DevOps teams, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring junior developers whenever required.
Required Technical Skills :
Candidates should have strong practical experience in most of the following technologies :

- 8 to 15 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Excellent knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices.
- Experience in developing enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
