Job Brief

Are you an experienced Java Developer with a passion for building secure and scalable banking applications We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 2.5–6 years of experience in Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Core Banking System integrations to join our growing team.

In this role, you will develop modern backend applications, integrate with leading Core Banking Systems, and deliver solutions that power digital banking services. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and working on innovative financial technology projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Integrate applications with Core Banking Systems using APIs, messaging, file-based, or custom integrations.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and stored functions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project teams to deliver banking solutions.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with banking standards.
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance.
- Participate in code reviews and support deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (BE/ME/MCA).
- 2.5–6 years of experience in Java application development.
- Strong experience with Java 8 , Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and REST APIs.




- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex SQL queries, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience integrating with Core Banking Systems such as Oracle Flexcube, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Temenos, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of banking products and services, including Accounts, Loans, Payments, Cards, and Transactions.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, SOAP/XML, or file-based integrations.
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Docker, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, and SAML.
- Understanding of banking standards such as ISO 8583, ISO 20022, UPI, NEFT, and RTGS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team workplace.
