Role Overview :

As a Senior Java Developer based in Bangalore, you will serve as a core technical contributor within our engineering team, responsible for designing and implementing robust backend solutions for high-traffic enterprise applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, and client stakeholders, to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications. Your day-to-day will involve driving the development lifecycle, ensuring code quality through rigorous peer reviews, and optimizing system performance to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure modularity and scalability for enterprise-grade applications.




- Design and implement efficient database schemas and persistence layers using Hibernate to optimize data retrieval and storage processes.
- Integrate RESTful webservices to facilitate seamless communication between disparate system components and third-party platforms.
- Apply advanced multithreading techniques to improve application concurrency and throughput in resource-intensive environments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes to ensure high availability and productive resource orchestration across cloud environments.
- Enforce clean code principles and utilize established design patterns to maintain a sustainable and easily maintainable codebase.
- Mentor junior developers by conducting thorough code reviews and sharing technical best practices to elevate the overall engineering standard of the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Java development with 5 to 9 years of experience in building enterprise-level applications.
- Strong command over Spring Framework and Microservices Architecture, with a proven ability to design decoupled and scalable systems.
- Deep understanding of OOPS concepts and their practical application in solving complex software engineering challenges.
- Proven ability to optimize application performance through effective multithreading and memory management.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful Webservices and Hibernate for building data-driven backend architectures.
- Practical knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes for managing and scaling production workloads.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
