Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, space plans, and layouts; preparing drawings and presentations; and coordinating FF&E; selections that align with client requirements and project budgets.

The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, project managers, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent and timely project delivery.

The Senior Interior

Designer will review construction drawings, conduct site visits,



oversee quality of finishes and installations, and contribute to sustainable, high-performance design solutions. This role also includes mentoring junior designers, participating in client meetings, and supporting business development through design proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

- Robust interior design capabilities, including Interior Design and FF&E; selection for residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and aesthetics within diverse interior environments.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and its integration with interior design to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Ability to develop and review detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution and coordination on site.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software).
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end interior projects, including client interaction, budgeting, and timelines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Attention to detail, understanding of materials, finishes, and current design trends, with a focus on quality and sustainability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience in interior projects.
