Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development and space planning through detailed drawings, material selection, and in office coordination.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design presentations and mood boards, and translating project briefs into functional, innovative interiors. The role involves overseeing construction drawings, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution.

Designer will guide FF&E; selection, coordinate with vendors and fabricators, and support site supervision to meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tardeo, requiring regular presence at the studio and project locations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts for diverse project types.

Strong foundation in Architecture, including understanding of building systems, codes, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, details, and specifications for execution on site.

Hands-on experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment that align with project budgets and concepts.

Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop) and presentation tools.

Proven experience in leading interior design projects, preferably including healthcare or commercial interiors.

Excellent communication, client-facing, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior designers.

Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, and a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
