Armia Systems Pvt Ltd. Located @ Kochi Infopark is inviting skilled Senior Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the optimal performance of systems, servers, and networks. You will also handle technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security and system efficiency.

JOB SPECIFICATION

● Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.

● Manage leased line connectivity and coordinate with ISPs for troubleshooting

● Monitor system performance to ensure high levels of availability and reliability.

● Perform system upgrades and security patches to keep IT infrastructure up-to-date.

● Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

● Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

● Oversee data backups, disaster recovery plans, and perform regular system backups.

● Manage the complete Google Workspace setting - Security Policies, Organizational Units management, Email Routing and Security.

● Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

● Ensure system security through the deployment of firewalls, antivirus, and other protective Open Position Senior Infrastructure & Systems Administrator measures.

● Maintain the organization's IT asset inventory.

● Evaluate and recommend IT purchases for all Office Assets.

● Document system configurations, updates,



and procedures for future reference.

● Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related issues.

● Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.

● Proficient in hardware firewall management, particularly with Sophos firewalls and Sophos Endpoint Management.

● Experience with Git repository management for version control and collaboration.

● Skilled in setting up and managing LAMP, MEAN, and MERN stack environments for web development.

● Expert in LAN, WAN, and VPN management to ensure seamless network connectivity and security.

● Knowledge of CCTV management for monitoring and security systems.

Required Skills:

● 3–7 years of experience in Infrastructure/System Administration

● Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure

● Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices

● Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage

● Experience managing production web server environments

Educational Qualification

● B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology

● MCA

● M.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
