Role Overview

We are looking

Senior HR Operations skilled who can effectively manage a blend of recruitment and HR operations

. The role requires a hands-on individual who can drive hiring while ensuring strong HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across functions

- Partner with stakeholders for manpower planning and hiring strategy

- Drive sourcing through job portals, referrals, and networks

- Ensure timely closures with strong candidate experience

- Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction processes

- Oversee complete employee lifecycle from hire to exit

- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation compliance

- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management coordination





- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to HR policies

- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support

- Generate HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for leadership review

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in HR with a mix of recruitment and operations

- Background in Non-IT industries preferred

- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Hands-on, execution-focused approach

- MBA-HR is preferred

- Preferably from Hyderabad
