Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.

- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies for IT professionals.

- MBA/PGDM degree in Any Specialization.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client management.
